Richard Woolwine, Chief Executive Officer
Richard Woolwine is chief executive officer, chairman of the board and one of the founding principals of Atlantic Credit & Finance, Inc. and ACF Medical Services, Inc. Prior to establishing Atlantic Credit & Finance in 1995 as one of the nation’s leading purchasers of unsecured, consumer-distressed assets, Mr. Woolwine held positions of increasing responsibility within the capital markets and commercial lending division of Chemical Bank and JPMorgan Chase & Co. Mr. Woolwine also served as chief operating officer responsible for day-to-day operations of a leading importer of consumer products. Mr. Woolwine earned a bachelor’s degree from the Virginia Military Institute.

Kelly Woolwine, President
Kelly Woolwine is president, chief operating officer and one of the founding principals of Atlantic Credit & Finance, Inc. and ACF Medical Services, Inc. Mr. Woolwine is responsible for directing all day-to-day business operations for Atlantic Credit & Finance and its subsidiary, ACF Medical Services, including recovery operations and hiring and training of all employees. Prior to founding Atlantic Credit & Finance in 1995, Mr. Woolwine served as chief operating officer for Oxford Capitala leading debt purchasing and servicing firmresponsible for directing all business operations and managing the recovery process. While at Oxford Capital, Mr. Woolwine created, among other things, innovative employee training programs that help maximize collections practices while ensuring consumers are treated with respect and integrity. Mr. Woolwine also previously served as an investment banker at Dean Witter. Mr. Woolwine earned a bachelor’s degree in economics and marketing from Virginia Tech University.

Daryl L. Deke, Executive Vice President
Daryl L. Deke is executive vice president of ACF Medical Services, Inc. and one of the founding principals of Atlantic Credit & Finance, Inc. and ACF Medical Services. Mr. Deke, who is responsible for directing new business development and acquisition at ACF Medical Services, also serves as one of the board of directors for ACF Medical Services. In addition to his tenure with Atlantic Credit & Finance, Mr. Deke has 18 years of experience in the investment management business. Most recently, he was a principal with Bernstein Investment Management and Research, a division of Alliance Capital. While at Bernstein, Mr. Deke held positions of increasing responsibility, including restructuring and leading its Los Angeles office, the largest private-client practice at Sanford C. Bernstein and Co., Inc. Mr. Deke earned his master’s degree from the University of Arkansas and his BA from the Virginia Military Institute.

Sherry L. Jordan, Vice President, Recovery Operations
Sherry L. Jordan is vice president of recovery operations for ACF Medical Services, Inc., responsible for developing patient payment programs and directing the overall recovery process. Prior to joining ACF Medical Services, Ms. Jordan served as senior collections manager at Duke University Health System, a not-for-profit teaching facility. While at Duke, Ms. Jordan was responsible for managing all patient accounting, billing and collection functions and facilitating all community hospital revenue cycle processes. Ms. Jordan was previously a collections manager for Allegheny Regional Hospital in Low Moor, Virginia (an HCA facility), responsible for government and non-government accounts and directing all patient account, billing and collection functions. She has 15 years of revenue cycle experience from patient access to collection processes. Ms. Jordan received her bachelor’s degree in economics and psychology from Emory and Henry College in Emory, Virginia.
